About the Role:
As a CNC miller, you play a crucial role in our mold department. You are responsible for milling and turning parts for molds, both new parts and repairs of existing ones. We do not engage in series work, only piecework, which means you will experience new challenges and variety in your work every day.

A Typical Day:
You start your day by interpreting technical drawings and preparing the work. Then, you select and replace the necessary tools and set up the machine. During the production process, you closely monitor the quality of the finished parts and work with measuring tools to ensure precision. You work independently but are part of a team that strives for perfection and precision.

• Ability to read technical drawings.


• Basic knowledge of CAD-CAM systems, Mazatrol, and Heidenhain.


• Familiarity with machine technology.


• An A2 diploma.


• Experience as a milling machine operator in mold making (piecework) is a plus, but starters with a good basic knowledge are also welcome.


• Orderliness, cleanliness, and safety are important to you.


• You can work independently and enjoy variety.


• Good knowledge of the Dutch language.
