What you're going to do
Our client is a modern Belgian construction company that operates mainly in the utility and industrial construction sectors. The company creates many projects in various fields of construction. They also have a finishing department, which focuses on projects including interior finishes, and a PVC and aluminum windows and doors department, focusing mainly on exterior woodwork renovation. Currently, our client is looking for carpenters to join their team.
- As a professional carpenter, you will be responsible for the successful completion of various carpentry projects in our workshop
- To complete these projects, you will need to use a variety of woodworking machines, such as a four-sided planer, toupie, tenoning machine and a 5-axis CNC router
- You will manage the production of various solid wood structures, including windows, doors, curtain rods, walls and wall cladding
- Using the CNC machine tool for various operations, such as milling and dewatering
- Welding window profiles (4-head welder) and then cleaning them with a corner polisher
- Ensuring accurate alignment and fastening of all wooden components
- Making any adjustments or corrections on site to ensure a perfect fit and finish
- Taking accurate measurements of the space and structure where the wooden components are installed
- Installing and aligning PVC/ALU windows and doors according to specifications
- Ensuring proper sealing and insulation around installed components
- Finishing the inside and outside of installed windows and doors
- Installing accessories such as window sills, frames and hardware

Your skill & knowledge
- Good knowledge of English, Dutch or French.
- Cat B driver's license.
- Possession of a VCA certificate (if you do not have a certificate, we will be able to help you obtain one)
- Technical education in construction/PVC/ALU or similar experience to read and interpret plans without problems
- Accuracy and diligence in work, both independently and as part of a team
- Possess knowledge and interest in the construction industry
- Cat B driver's license.
- Possession of a VCA certificate (if you do not have a certificate, we will be able to help you obtain one)
- Technical education in construction/PVC/ALU or similar experience to read and interpret plans without problems
- Accuracy and diligence in work, both independently and as part of a team
- Possess knowledge and interest in the construction industry
