CNC Machine Operator
What you're going to do
Set up CNC machines: You will configure CNC milling and turning machines based on technical drawings. This includes loading programs, setting up tools, positioning, and dimensions. Operate machines: You will perform machining operations from test pieces to series production and monitor the progress of each assignment. Software and programming: Program in CNC code (such as Fanuc or similar controls), and set parameters such as speed, feed, cooling, and lubrication.
Conduct preventive and corrective basic maintenance on machines and equipment, such as tool changes and adjustments. Quality monitoring: Track dimensional accuracy, finish, and drainage. In case of deviations, you will adjust or report technical issues to your team.
Technical insight: You can quickly read and interpret technical drawings and work independently and in a team with high precision. Work schedule: You work in shifts (e.g., early/late shifts), in line with the collective labor agreement of the metal sector. When?: Full-time position with a 40-hour workweek, including ADV days and fixed extralegal benefits (meal vouchers, hospitalization insurance, bicycle leasing).
Your skill & knowledge
Education in mechanics, metalworking, or electromechanics
Experience in industrial maintenance
Knowledge of machining, machine building, or welding is an asset
Hands-on mentality and analytical thinking skills
