What you're going to do

As an experienced specialist in drive system, this company offers a broad and complementary range of mechanical transmission systems and related parts. They are specialized in the manufacture of non-standard gears.
Details of the role:
The CNC Turner is responsible for setting, programming and operating the CNC turning machines for making small series and single parts.
Responsibilities of the role:
•Programming, setting and operating CNC turning machine using.
•Programming with Siemens Autoturn directly on the machine.
•Tool management.
•Working in steel, cast iron, bronze and stainless steel.
•Tolerances 0,01.
•Measurements of the parts using calipers, micrometers + quality control.
•Small series and also single parts are made on CNC machines.
•Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
•Maintenance on the turning machine.

Your skill & knowledge
Background/experience:
•Bachelor Diploma and proven experience as a CNC Turner who can read and interpret technical drawings.
•Technical background or trainings like mechanical design techniques, mechanical drawing, etc...
•Experience using programming with Siemens Autoturn directly on the machine.
•Good in reading, interpreting blueprints and other technical drawings.
•Able to do the necessary programming directly on the CNC machines.
•Knowledge of CNC machine maintenance.
•Bachelor Diploma and proven experience as a CNC Turner who can read and interpret technical drawings.
