What you're going to do

  • Correctly interpret drawings.
  • Program the machining cycles, and machine the requested mechanical parts using the appropriate tools and by using the appropriate machine parameters.
  • Check and control the quality of the parts, ensuring that they perfectly meet the order requirements.
  • Perform machine maintenance as required.

 

Your skill & knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree or practical experience in CNC Milling.
  • Proficiency in mathematics, trigonometry and geometry. 
  • Experience with Heidenhain and/or Siemens.
  • Be able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings correctly. 
  • Be able to program the machining cycles. 
  • Be able to use metrology devices and measuring instruments. 
  • Is autonomous, from drawing to machining a finished part.
  • Accurate.
  • Meticulous.
  • Can work with Heidenhain and Siemens.
  • Can do ‘pocket making’ programming and adaptation of the pocket.
  • Can work on vertical lathes and on horizontal lathes.
  • Can work with a overhead crane.
