Diagnostic Mechanic (v/x/m)
What you're going to do
As a Diagnostic Mechanic, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of machinery including telehandlers, wheel loaders, and excavators. You'll work in a dynamic environment where every day is different due to the variety of equipment.
A typical day starts with receiving a new work order once the previous task is completed. You'll diagnose and fix mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic issues using advanced diagnostic tools. You'll work according to JCB standards and take initiative to create temporary solutions when needed. Collaboration with colleagues is important, especially when dealing with complex issues.

Your skill & knowledge
- Technical diploma (7th year) or associate degree in mechanics/electromechanics/automotive
- Experience with mobile equipment; diagnostic software knowledge is a plus
- Preferably 5 years of experience in truck or heavy equipment mechanics
- Automotive mechanics also welcome if open to heavier work
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Eager to learn and ask questions
- Affinity with engines and machinery
- Clean and safe working habits (consistent PPE use)
- Able to work independently and in a team

- Hoger secundair onderwijs
