What you're going to do
As a Die-Cutting Machine Operator (f/x/m), you play a key role in the production of innovative cardboard packaging. You are responsible for preparing and setting up the die-cutting machines for each production run, ensuring they run smoothly, and making adjustments as needed. Your attention to detail and technical skills help maintain high-quality standards, allowing us to deliver safe and creative packaging solutions for the food industry.
On a typical day, you start by setting up your machine according to the production plan. Throughout your shift, you monitor the machine, perform quality checks, and quickly resolve minor technical issues. You keep production records up-to-date and collaborate closely with colleagues from other departments to keep the workflow running efficiently. Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace is a priority.

Your skill & knowledge
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a machine operator, preferably in the packaging industry
- Mechanical and/or electrical knowledge, gained through education or experience
- Good command of English
- Willingness to work in two shifts (6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.)
- Knowledge of cardboard processing techniques and quality control processes
- Accurate, orderly, and stress-resistant
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
- At least a diploma of higher secondary education

What we offer you
- Attractive starting salary: €17.54/hour + 15% shift bonus = €20.17/hour; after 4 weeks and a positive evaluation, increased to €18.64/hour + 15% shift bonus = €21.43/hour
