Drill Master (M/F/X): Grow Through Hands-On Training to Drill Master
What you're going to do
As a Drill Master (m/f/x), you’ll start with hands-on training as a Soil Drilling Assistant. You’ll learn everything about soil research and operating modern drilling machines from experienced colleagues. Step by step, you’ll grow into an independent Drill Master, leading a small team.
Your average workday starts around 7:00 a.m., when you travel to the job site with your colleague. You’ll always work outdoors, in all weather conditions, performing soil investigations with specialized equipment. You’ll help collect soil samples, set up drilling rigs, and record measurements. In the second phase, you’ll take the lead: operating machinery, coordinating work, ensuring safety, and guiding your teammate.

Your skill & knowledge
- At least a high school diploma
- Fluent in Dutch; basic English is a plus
- Affinity with machines and technology (experience is an asset)
- Enjoy working outdoors and doing physical work
- Eager to learn, responsible, able to work independently and as a team
- Valid Category B driver’s license (C not required)
- Motivated to grow into a leadership role
