First Line Maintenance Operator F/X/M
What you're going to do

Key Responsibilities:
•Perform first-line maintenance activities on production equipment to ensure optimal performance (flowpack, multipack machines from brands Bosch, Fuji, Cavanna).
•Identify, diagnose, and resolve minor technical issues, escalating complex problems to the technical maintenance team when necessary (Mechanical, Pneumatical, electrical).
•Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime (changing elektro drivers, pneumatical valves, tooth wheels, photocells and sensors,…) .
•Support machine setups and adjustments to meet production requirements.
•Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards during maintenance activities.
•Collaborate with the production team to identify and report recurring equipment issues.
•Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, equipment performance, and repairs.
•Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce equipment downtime.

Your skill & knowledge

•Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
•Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential problems.
•Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a production environment.
•Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
•Flexibility to work in shifts and respond to urgent maintenance needs.
•Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Work in 2 shifts: early (5h-14h) and late (14h-22h)

You will start with a temporary work contract, and after one year there is the possibility of a permanent contract
