As the Head of Heavy-Duty Vehicle Mechanical Workshop, you will play a crucial role in managing the maintenance and safety of our fleet of vehicles and lifting equipment. You will be responsible for supervising the mechanical team and overseeing the overall operation of the workshop.
A typical day will involve planning and prioritizing interventions, supervising mechanics, handling technical emergencies, and managing the spare parts inventory. You will monitor the fleet inventory (trucks, cranes, trailers, vans, etc.), schedule mandatory maintenance, and handle incidents in collaboration with suppliers.

Technical training in heavy vehicle mechanics, hydraulics, electromechanics, or equivalent.
Proven experience in a mechanical workshop, ideally in the transport, construction, or lifting sectors.
Strong organizational, planning, and team management skills.
Rigorous, service-minded, with excellent interpersonal skills in the field.
Good knowledge of IT tools (Excel, fleet management, or scheduling software).
