Are you a driven Project Leader HVAC and ready for the next step in your career?
You will be working in our HVAC-S department as a project leader in which you will be in control of your project from A to Z but can count on the support of our operational manager and sparring together about the best possible solution for our customers.
As a project leader HVAC -S, you will be responsible for:
Pre-calculation:
- You are responsible for the preparation of cost price calculations and the timely submission of price requests for industrial and residential projects.
- You delve into the preliminary research of the necessary materials, suppliers, conformity of price settlements and feasibility of the proposed deadlines.
- You think about optimisations that have a beneficial effect on site preparation and work organisation and implement them in collaboration with your operational colleagues.

Are you a driven Project Leader HVAC and ready for the next step in your career?
You will be working in our HVAC-S department as a project leader in which you will be in control of your project from A to Z but can count on the support of our operational manager and sparring together about the best possible solution for our customers.
As a project leader HVAC -S, you will be responsible for:
Pre-calculation:

- Together with work preparation, you are responsible for project preparations. As project owner, you prepare the projects for implementation.
- You develop a project strategy in line with the organisational objectives: Preparation of documents such as planning, material lists, execution files, execution plans, technical sheets, As-Built files... You ensure continuous efficiency improvements in project preparation.
- Based on your expertise, you study the files and optimise the options for execution.
- You ensure a fast and smooth start-up of the works. You analyse and act proactively to the construction needs on site.
- You are in constant contact with customers, technicians and other departments.
- You register complaints, and follow up in a customer-oriented manner.
- Together with work preparation, you are responsible for project preparations. As project owner, you prepare the projects for implementation.
- You develop a project strategy in line with the organisational objectives: Preparation of documents such as planning, material lists, execution files, execution plans, technical sheets, As-Built files... You ensure continuous efficiency improvements in project preparation.

- You organise logistics planning and determine how to deploy the right resources and people to carry out the works.
- You set out the construction work according to the approved plans
- You determine the flow of the construction process and optimise logistics
- You are in constant contact with clients, technicians and other departments.
- You'll start with a temporary employment contract and after one year there is the opportunity to receive a fixed contract
Rate depending on experience.
