Maintenance Technician
What you're going to do
- Operating and configuring concrete machinery.
- Maintaining the machines and the work environment.
- Clean the machines every day and keep them free of dust, sand and hardened cement.
- Monitoring the production process and intervening in case of malfunctions.
- Reconfigure the machines and perform heavier manual work.
- Performing quality checks.
- Keep the entire production environment running.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Your skill & knowledge
- A technical degree in Electromechanics/Electronics/other.
- Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills in electricity and mechanics.
- Must work as an Operator AND Technician!!
- Not afraid to get hands dirty and perform heavy difficult work.
- No problem with cleaning machines and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Prior experience as Technician.
- Able to work precisely, focused, and safely.
- Experience operating a forklift is an asset.
- A proactive and collegial team member who communicates fluently in English.
- Demonstrates motivation, drive, and engagement.
- Willing to work in a family-owned company; having a social personality is important, as they consider each other like family. 😊
