What you're going to do
As a Folding and Pasting Department Operator (f/m/x), you’re responsible for preparing, setting up, and operating high-tech machines within our modern production facility in Hoogstraten. Your technical expertise ensures our cardboard packaging is produced to the highest quality standards. You work closely with colleagues and other departments to keep production running smoothly.
A typical workday starts at 10:00 PM. You’ll prep machines for the next production run, set operational parameters, and perform quality checks. You’ll independently handle minor technical malfunctions and conduct regular maintenance on the machines. You’ll also keep up with production documentation and coordinate with your team to achieve the best results. Thanks to your stress-resistance and problem-solving skills, you stay focused even during busy shifts.

Your skill & knowledge
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a technical machine operator
- Practical knowledge of folding and pasting machines or similar production lines
- Mechanical and/or electrical skills, through education or experience
- Communicative English skills
- Willingness to work the night shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
- Problem-solving, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Secondary education or equivalent by experience

What we offer you
- Starting wage of €17.54/hour + 15% night shift bonus (€20.17/hour), after four weeks €18.64/hour + 15% night shift bonus (€21.43/hour)
