What you're going to do
Are you seeking an exciting role in the food industry? As a 2-shift operator, you play a crucial role in our production process. You operate and set up production and packaging machines, resolving minor faults to ensure a smooth and efficient production line. Additionally, you ensure that quality and hygiene are always prioritized according to set standards.
A typical day as an operator involves operating machines, changing heavy films, placing stickers, and refilling boxes. You work with a PC for production and quality registrations and communicate continuously with team leaders and colleagues to optimize production processes. You are physically fit and have no objections to heavy work.

Your skill & knowledge
- Minimum higher secondary education
- 2 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Medior to senior career level
- Problem-solving thinking and team player
- Hands-on mentality with an eye for quality and safety
- Willingness to work in 2 shifts
- Good command of Dutch or very good English
