Painter / Assembler

1. Painting & Preparation

• Inspecting parts or truck bodies to be processed
• Performing preparatory work such as sanding, degreasing, filling, and masking components to be sprayed
• Mixing paint using the laboratory/computer program
• Spray painting truck bodies
• Carrying out a thorough final quality inspectio

2. Assembly work (only if needed)

• Performing preparatory tasks independently: cutting plates, drilling holes, bending, sawing tubes, etc., and correctly assembling/welding them onto the truck
• After painting, mounting all components onto the vehicle

• Open-minded attitude and strong motivation to get started
• Interest in and affinity with automotive, trucks, and mechanics
• Strong eye for detail and color, with a focus on top quality
• Accuracy is essential
• Several years of experience as a body repair technician/spray painter
• Eager to learn and solution-oriented; no two projects are the same
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Good command of Dutch or English
• Resident in the region

Working hours (day shift, Monday to Friday):

• Merchtem: 40 hours per week (8:00–16:30 with 30-minute lunch break), resulting in 12 additional leave days on top of the 20 statutory holidays
