What you're going to do
Our Belgian client, based in Mechelen, has been a trusted name in vehicle repair for 30 years. They specialise in the restoration of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, maintaining manufacturer warranties by working with genuine parts and following precise repair guidelines. To strengthen their team, they are looking for an experienced body shop operator who is ready to take their skills to the next level.

•Restore vehicles to their original condition: Repair damage to vehicle bodies, from small dents and scratches to more significant repairs. Your work will ensure the vehicle looks as good as new.
•Carry out expert panel beating and bodywork: You’ll remove dents, replace panels, and reshape vehicle body parts to their original form.
•Welding and assembly: You’ll replace damaged panels and reassemble body parts, using only original components to preserve manufacturer warranties.
•Prepare vehicles for painting: You’ll sand, fill, and smooth the repaired areas, ensuring the vehicle is perfectly prepped for paintwork.
•Meet high quality and safety standards: Follow strict guidelines from manufacturers and insurance companies to ensure all repairs are carried out to the highest standards.

Your skill & knowledge
•A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Panel Beater, with expertise in bodywork and welding.
•Attention to detail and pride in your craft, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
•Knowledge of manufacturer repair guidelines and a commitment to following safety standards.
•A positive attitude and dedication to delivering high-quality results for every client.
• Communicative level of English language.

Educations
at least 2 years of experience at a similar position.
What we offer you
• Competitive salary from 21 to 25€ gross per hour, depending on experience.

• Reimbursement of travel costs: 250€ for the first travel to Belgium
• You start with a temporary employment contract, and after a year there is a possibility of receiving a fixed-term contract.
