What you're going to do
Our client is a rapidly growing manufacturing company specializing in the production of cold-formed steel profiles. Thanks to their state-of-the-art machinery, including as many as 35 advanced profiling lines, they supply a wide range of steel profiles - both open and closed. These products are distinguished by their exceptional lightness, strength and ease of assembly.
The machine park consists of various roll forming lines. They start with a coil of steel strip, which is
they transform into a steel profile. These profiles are then further processed in the finishing machines.
After thorough in-house training, you will operate the technical machine yourself:
simple and complex finishing machines (conventional or CNC-controlled), e.g. sawing machine, drilling machine, laser cutter, roll bending machine or mandrel bending machine.
At this moment company is looking for skilled pre-assembly workers.
Your responsibilities:
• Safely disassemble and assemble tooling on cassettes for roll-forming lines based on setup plans.
• Transport tooling to and from various workstations.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace.
• Report tooling in need of repair, hazardous situations, and improvement suggestions.
• Conduct thorough inspections of your own (dis)assembly work to ensure accuracy and quality.

Your skill & knowledge
• Education in mechanics or equivalent experience (it's a must!).
• Proficiency in reading and executing mechanical diagrams
• Fluency in English
• Eagerness to learn, conscientiousness, and sense of responsibility
• Capable of working independently and safely
• Flexible and willing to work in a 2-shift system
• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality, order, and cleanliness
• Possess a technical background, technical insight, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in reading and executing mechanical diagrams
• Fluency in English
• Eagerness to learn, conscientiousness, and sense of responsibility
• Capable of working independently and safely
• Flexible and willing to work in a 2-shift system
