Rigger (W/X/M)
What you're going to do
As a Rigger, you play a crucial role in large-scale lifting projects involving mobile cranes and heavy equipment. Your responsibility is to prepare and execute lifting activities with your team, always prioritizing quality and safety.
On a typical workday, you start with a briefing to discuss the project details. You then conduct a Last Minute Risk Analysis (LMRA) to ensure safety. You assist in the assembly and disassembly of mobile cranes, sling loads, and guide the crane operator with clear signals during lifting operations. You'll work both independently and as part of a team, depending on the project.

Your skill & knowledge
- Technical affinity through studies, work experience, or hobby
- Experience as a rigger is required — full training is provided
- Optional but beneficial: certificate for critical load handling (IS-006) and/or VCA safety certificate
- Good communication skills in English
- Driver's license B and your own car
- Flexible regarding tasks, hours, and work locations
