Service Technician - Counter Balance Machines
What you're going to do
- Perform maintenance and repairs on mobile cargo handling equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing solutions to minimize machine downtime.
- Conduct testing, inspections, and routine maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
- Prepare detailed service reports and ensure customer satisfaction through clear and professional communication.
- Continuously develop skills and knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Comply with all legal and company standards, including the code of conduct and health & safety regulations.
Your skill & knowledge
- Strong expertise in diagnosing and resolving hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic faults.
- Proven experience in maintaining mobile equipment.
- Solid mechanical skills.
- Knowledge of internal combustion engines and gearboxes.
- Ability to work independently and provide customer-focused solutions.
- Good physical condition to perform hands-on tasks.
- Technical education (e.g., automotive mechanics, maintenance, or similar).
- Experience in sectors such as trucks, agricultural machinery, or construction equipment.
- Flexibility regarding working hours, overtime, and weekend work.
- Willingness to participate in training and development programs.
- In positions of a valid driver’s license.
This role requires both strong technical expertise and excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and colleagues.
