Steel Construction Fitters (on-site) F/X/M
What you're going to do
Our client is a well-established company specializing in the engineering, production, and assembly of complex steel structures. They work on large-scale projects across multiple sectors, including high-rise buildings, industrial equipment, bridges, offshore installations, amusement park attractions, and architectural applications. Their modern production halls process around 10,000 tonnes of steel annually, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and international cooperation.
How your day at work will look like?
• Morning meeting at headquarters to drive to construction sites with the team
• Installation of steel structures at various client locations (industrial sites, buildings, bridges, etc.)
• Use of hand tools and machinery such as drills, grinders, impact wrenches, and lifting equipment
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings to ensure correct assembly
• Work in a team of 3–4 people; company van provided to travel home daily
• Report to on-site supervisors and ensure work meets quality and safety standards
• Foreman will coordinate work and support communication with clients and project managers

Your skill & knowledge
• Solid experience in steel construction and on-site assembly
• A valid VCA certificate – safety comes first
• Confidence in reading and working from technical drawings
• A true team player with clear and practical communication
• English skills to understand instructions and communicate with the team
• Good physical condition and willingness to work outdoors
• Driving license is definitely a plus, but not a must

Educations
relevant education or experience in a similar field
What we offer you
• Attractive hourly wage €18,32/h, along with €4,01 meal vouchers per day + mobility allowance
• Stable daytime schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 15:30
