What you're going to do

We seek motivated professionals to contribute innovative ideas to a leader in advanced electrical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

*Technical Support: Assist customers with Thermal products via phone, email, and chat.
*Opportunity Development: Identify and realize sales opportunities with customers.
*Efficient Inquiry Handling: Quickly and accurately process customer inquiries and quotes.
*Quotation Management: Create and manage quotes in ERP/Salesforce.
*Complaint Resolution: Handle and escalate technical complaints as needed.
*Marketing Support: Aid the marketing team with technical training and material proofreading.

Your Role:
*Design Coordination: Deliver and manage design results.
*Quote Management: Create and oversee quotes for custom products.
*Installation Support: Resolve issues and assist with start-ups via various communication methods.
*Product Mastery: Develop technical simulations like heat loss calculations.

Your skill & knowledge

Required Skills:

*Languages: Fluent in German and advanced in English.
*Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills, particularly over the phone.
*Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of relevant products.
*Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PDF Foxit, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
*Multitasking: Skilled in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently.
*Problem Solving: Ability to quickly address and resolve issues under pressure.
*Team Experience: Familiar with working in a shared email and phone environment.
*Proactive Attitude: Demonstrates a 'can do' mindset and learns rapidly.
*Team Collaboration: Contributes positively to team dynamics with a professional approach.
*Process-Oriented: Adheres to and helps develop standard operating procedures.

Seeking candidates with strong communication, technical, and problem-solving skills who excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Educations

Bachelor's or Master's degree (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent through
practical experience.

Experience
* 1+ years of customer service or supervision in an industrial environment.
* Skilled in architectural and engineering drawings (process flows, electrical one lines, piping diagrams).
* Experience with ductwork and electrical distribution is a plus.
* Some experience with SAP is desirable.
* Basic knowledge of thermodynamics is a plus.
