Our approach is completely focused on you, guaranteeing a smooth and pleasant start for you here in Belgium. This is how we do it:
Step 1

Screening and introduction

Once we have received your resume, one of our colleagues will screen you. If there is a match, we will contact you for a first introductory interview through Teams, for example.
Step 2

Job interview(s)

We will schedule a job interview with your possible future employer and will also be present for support. Should multiple interviews or certain assessments be required, we will ensure that all of this can proceed smoothly. It is our client, your future employer, who makes the final call in hiring you or not.
Step 3

Arrangements

Congratulations, you’ve got the job! We start working on all the required paperwork and help you with everything you need to do in preparation of your move to Belgium. No worries: we’ve done this many times before and guide you through the process.
Step 4

Welcome to Belgium

We prepare everything for your move: from helping you book your flight – or other transport – to preparing your apartment. We’re here to wish you a warm welcome!
Step 5

Your first days at work

We accompany you on your first day of work, being a familiar face on a day filled with new experiences. We ensure that your onboarding goes as planned and that you are well taken care of.
Step 6

Follow-up

Communication is key! That’s why we get together from time to time, both with you and your employer, to see how things are going. We are there to answer your questions, so all parties are able to focus on what is really important: doing a job you love.
