For our contractor in Ledegem, which is an artisan bakery, we are looking for experienced bakers who want to develop their baking skills.
Responsibilities:
•Preparing and mixing ingredients according to established recipes
•Making dough for a variety of breads
•Monitoring of the baking process, including control of temperature and baking time
•Monitoring the fermentation process and dough rising
•Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace, in accordance with hygiene standards
•Controlling the quality of raw materials and finished products
•Operating bakery machines and equipment and ensuring that they are in proper working order
•Compliance with health and safety rules
•Work with the team to ensure efficient production and order fulfillment
•Participate in creating new recipes and improving existing bakery products
•Warehousing and inventory of raw material and product stocks

What we offer you
•Base rate depending on experience from €15.92 gross/hour
•Work day shift Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. (no weekends)
•Contract under Belgian conditions
•Good accommodation near the workplace (single room)
•Assistance and care of Polish-speaking coordinators
•Vacation allowance
•Work in a stable, growing company
•You will start with a temporary work contract, and after a year there is the possibility of getting a permanent work contract
