Conventional Turner

Due to our ongoing expansion and continuous growth, we are looking for a Conventional Turner to join our team. Do you prefer varied, custom-made work over repetitive production runs? Then this is your opportunity, as De Beleyr Engineering manufactures a wide range of diverse components and workpieces.

• Prepare, set up, and operate a conventional lathe.
• Manufacture parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of the finished workpieces.
• Report directly to the Production Manager.

• Technical Secondary Education (TSO) level or equivalent.
• Education in Mechanical Manufacturing Techniques, Machine Tools, or equivalent through relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately (strong mechanical insight).
• Accurate, motivated, and quality-conscious working attitude.
• Solution-oriented mindset, eager to learn, and able to perform well under pressure.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Social, professional, and courteous in dealing with colleagues and customers.
• Flexible and willing to work overtime when required.
• You have experience operating Doosan SY turning machines with Siemens controls.
• Familiarity with Fagor-controlled machines is a plus, but not essential.
