Electrical Troubleshooting Technician
What you're going to do
- Responsible for repairs and preventive maintenance of technical installations, using electrical and PLC (SIEMENS) knowledge.
- Ensuring that production runs smoothly by providing regular feedback on finished work to the team leaders and operators.
- Ensures process monitoring, adjustment and tuning of the machines so that they can produce in a safe, high-quality manner.
- Supervision of high-voltage cabins
- (dis)assembly, repair, overhaul and replacement of equipment/parts
- Converting, adjusting and testing installations
- Adjusting parameters (PLC control)
- Register activities, the predetermined parameters and material consumption in the provided systems.
- Actively contribute to the safety policy within the organization.
Your skill & knowledge
- Bitten by technology and already have prior education within a technical field.
- Preferably Bachelor Degree level in an electrical field (Electrical Engineering or other)
- Already 5 years of experience within the manufacturing industry.
- Likes to get hands dirty and not afraid of a dusty environment.
- Previous experience in a brick making factory = big plus
- Can work independently and has a high sense of responsibility.
- Have to be able to keep an overview of the factory and products.
- Be able to search for and solve electrical faults/malfunctions.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance.
- Be able to read and interpret PLC controls (SIEMENS).
- Be able to carry out fault analysis.
