What you're going to do
As a machine operator in our modern citrus department, you play a crucial role in operating and optimizing automated production and packaging lines. You use MES software to monitor and improve the performance of machines and production lines. Together with your team, you ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality end products.
Your day consists of setting up, adjusting, and operating machines, timely providing materials, and guiding colleagues on the line. You work closely with the technical department in case of malfunctions and regularly perform minor maintenance tasks. Additionally, you register production data and help maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace.

Your skill & knowledge
- At least lower secondary education
- Experience as an operator is required (0-1 year welcome)
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system (sometimes three shifts) and weekends
- Team-oriented and communicative
- Accurate and safety-conscious
- Proactive and solution-oriented
