What you're going to do

As a Pre-Assembly Worker, you’ll be responsible for the meticulous assembly and disassembly of tooling on our state-of-the-art roll forming lines. Your day will involve transporting and maintaining tooling, ensuring a clean and safe workspace, and reporting any repairs or improvements needed. A typical day sees you inspecting your own work for precision, collaborating with team members, and operating both conventional and CNC-controlled machines. You’ll ensure that every piece meets our high standards of quality and accuracy. Your skill & knowledge


  • Education in mechanics or equivalent experience

  • Proficiency in reading and executing mechanical diagrams

  • Fluency in English

  • Eagerness to learn, conscientiousness, and sense of responsibility

  • Ability to work independently and safely

  • Flexibility and willingness to work in a 2-shift system

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, order, and cleanliness

  • Technical background or equivalent experience
