Shift Leader in Meer (v/x/m) - Production Team Supervisor
What you're going to do
As a Shift Leader, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of your shift and ensuring a smooth and efficient production process. You lead and motivate a team of production workers, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and with high quality.
A typical workday begins with organizing and supervising production activities during your shift. You manage and coach your team of production employees, monitor product quality, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Additionally, you coordinate with maintenance and planning departments to minimize downtime and report production data and incidents to the Production Manager.

Your skill & knowledge
Working and thinking level from lower secondary education to higher secondary education
1 to 10+ years of experience in a similar role
Intermediate to senior level
Communication skills and problem-solving ability
Leadership potential and stress resilience
Flexible behavior and adaptability
Proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written
