What will you be doing?

During the season:

You will be part of a dynamic, energetic team that processes 45 tons of carrots per hour. Together with your colleagues, you will:

• Monitoring the operation of machines (conveyor belts, scanners, cutting and packaging systems)
• Check quality and make changes when necessary
• Show initiative and make quick decisions in difficult situations
• Detecting faults, responding immediately to breakdowns and making quick operational decisions
• Making settings and quality improvements
• Seasonal maintenance, minor repairs, and support for the maintenance department – replacing belts, lubrication, sensor adjustment, filter checks, etc.
• Working in accordance with health and safety and hygiene regulations

Out of season:

You will assist with maintenance and repairs to keep our equipment in top condition. This is not a lab job—you will be working on robust washing and sorting lines, not delicate machines in clean rooms. Practical knowledge and hands-on skills are essential.

• Solid technical knowledge and a proactive approach
• Good command of English allowing for effective communication
• Experience working with loaders or forklifts is a plus
• You enjoy working outdoors and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty
• You are responsible, independent, and solution-oriented
• Flexibility to support other departments during quieter periods
• During the high season (July, August, September), it is not possible to take vacation

• Competitive salary ranging from $18.50 to $19.50 per hour
