Step 1

Screening and introduction

We will scan our talent pool, searching for international talents who match your requirements and company culture. After a thorough screening, we will contact potential candidates for a first introductory interview. Afterwards, we will present our top candidates to you.
Step 2

Job interview(s)

You choose which candidates you want to meet online, we will schedule all job interviews and will also be present for support. Should multiple interviews or certain assessments be required, then we will ensure that all of this can proceed smoothly. Afterwards, it is up to you to make the final call.
Step 3

‘Backoffice’

If you decide to make a job offer and the candidate accepts, we jump into action to get all the paperwork done before your new colleague makes his move to Belgium. Step 4

Welcome to Belgium

From helping your new colleague to book their transport to preparing their apartment: check! We also cover most of their travel expenses.
Step 5

First days at work

We guide your employee(s) on their first day of work. We ensure that the onboarding goes as planned, that all necessary paperwork is done and that all contracts are effectively signed. That way, your new colleague gets off to a flying start.
Step 6

Follow-up

As long as your employee is registered with us, we handle everything around administration and payroll. Nex to that, we will still be at your service and get together regularly with both you and your colleague to see how things are going. If there is anything we need to know or can do for you, we love to hear it.
