Finding new talent abroad can be quite challenging nowadays. But with
more than 20 years of experience, we are here for you.

The recruitment process

In order to recruit abroad, you will have to work with an official licensed agency such as Job Talent International. We listen to your needs, analyze your vacancies, and will dig into our international network to find suitable candidates.

We will first screen all candidates and plan a digital introduction interview. Afterwards, we will present you our top candidates. You make your pick, we will schedule an online job interview. Should multiple interviews or certain assessments be required, we will ensure that all of this can proceed smoothly. After that, it is up to you to make the final call and choose your newest employee.

Legal framework

We take care of all the paperwork and make sure that your new colleague has all necessary papers to relocate to Belgium and start at your company. From residence and work permits, social documents and all necessary insurances to proper wage classifications, payroll payment, … You can leave it all to us.

If you want to hire mid-level educated technicians outside of Europe, you will need a single permit. Doesn’t ring a bell? Well: this combines the required work and residence permits and should simplify the hiring process. There are a number of conditions but don’t worry: we take care of the entire single permit process and make sure all the paperwork is done before your new colleague starts.

Moving & housing

We will support your new employee(s) in their relocation to Belgium, ensuring that they arrive on time so they will be well-rested before starting his first working day. We welcome them in one of our fully equipped apartments, in which everyone will have its own bedroom. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, sheets, tableware, … We’ve thought about everything. Next to that, they can always count our facility team when they have housing issues or questions.

We also help them to integrate in Belgium, by guiding them to integration and language courses. If family reunification becomes applicable, we take care of that as well. We do everything to ensure that your new employees feel comfortable in their new life.

Working

We get your new workforce fully prepared for their first day. We accompany him on the first day and after that, we will still be at your service and get together with both you and your new colleague to see how things are going.

As long as your employee is registered with us, we handle everything around administration and payroll. And of course: you can also come to us with any question.
