Step by step
Our approach is completely focused on you, guaranteeing a smooth and pleasant start for you here in Belgium. This is how we do it:
Step 1
Initial selection
From Belgium, we recruit suitable profiles from the Filipino databases based on detailed job criteria. The selected CV’s are sent to the client for review.
Step 2
Client review of CV's
The client reviews the CVs and provides feedback on which candidates are suitable. Our recruiters in Belgium then contact the selected candidates.
Step 3
Technical test candidates
The candidates are interviewed by our recruiter and take a technical test based on carefully designed assessments.
Step 4
Preliminary skype interview
In an initial Skype interview, the Filipino candidates are screened. We assess their attitude, English proficiency, and ability to integrate into a new environment.
Step 5
Interview with the client
After a successful test and screening, we schedule an online job interview with the client. This gives the client the opportunity to thoroughly assess the candidate on all levels. If there’s a match, our official collaboration begins!
Step 6
Full support in all areas
We handle all practical matters: travel arrangements to Belgium, necessary documentation, accommodation, transportation ... We take care of every detail, right up to the first working day and beyond.
