When you apply for a job – or when we find a job that might suit you – we will contact you in order to get to know each other. We work together with local selection partners and have native speaking employees at your service. We will schedule all necessary job interviews with your future employer and will be there for you if you need any support.
The recruitment process
Administration
We help you with your residence and work permit, contracts, social documents, health and labor accident insurances and visits to the bank and city or municipality.
Moving to Belgium
Together we will plan your move to Belgium and figure out when you can start at your new job. We cover most of your travel expenses – unless you want to treat yourself with a first-class ticket.
Accommodation
We’ll welcome you in one of our fully equipped apartments, in which everyone will have its own bedroom. Wifi, a washing machine, sheets, tableware, … We’ve thought about everything. We even did some shopping so you can settle down quietly for the first few days.
Once you are fully settled, we have a facility team who is just a call away when you have some housing issues or questions.
Your (first) days at work
We make sure you are fully prepared for your first day. We accompany you on your first day, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. After that, we will still be at your service and get together with both you and your employer regularly to see how things are going.
Integrating in Belgium
We are always at your service in case you have some question concerning living or working in Belgium. We help you get in touch with multicultural and local communities and help you in starting the Civil Integration and Dutch language course.
